The staffs were accommodating & amazingly nice. The restaurant was intimate with quality home cooked food here, I had healthy dishes. I had a living room, a terrace, and blinds.

The staff was superbly friendly - I will be back. Loved the location in the lake district. After long day I visited The Brookside Pub for a couple of drinks. The service was friendly and the rooms were reasonably large with TV, beds jacuzzi and a hot tub.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel and I must say that everything about it was fabulous. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location of this place was perfect, situated between the charming towns of Bowness and Windermere. It was just a short 10-minute walk to the beautiful lake on one side, and on the other side, away from the hustle and bustle of the pubs, restaurants, and shops. This made it a great spot for peace and quiet.
I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas.

Everyone was pleasant and the room was luxurious. We enjoyed having a jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious with nuts and fruits and prosecco, exceptional service. Shops and boutiques were right next door.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.

I stayed here for a weekend and will be back. Everything was really good, with affable and knowledgeable staff, exceeded all expectations. I loved the chic-style building and my fabulous and unique room. The breakfast was marvellous with several options. The location was unbeatable for walking around The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction. This hotel was in a nice quiet area close to Lake Windermere.
